Pit beef gets all the hype, but a proper Baltimore Sunday runs on Old Bay and community tables — this is that, from a kitchen that's earned it.

Corrections caught this run: Chrisette Michele at Keystone Korner was harvested onto Aug 23 but her run actually closes Saturday Aug 22 — the real Aug 23 show is Kenyatta, 5 PM. Swapped.
